The Face Shop Haul!

I went to Pacific Mall today, a shopping trip well needed and deserved, haha.

I actually went to the mall hoping to just browse around and purchase a few necessities, however, as I was about to leave, I discovered that they just opened The Face Shop and of course, being me, I had to go in and check the stuff out.

Actually ended up buying a few things lol. :)

So if anyone doesn't know, The Face Shop is a Korean cosmetics brand that I believe, is pretty famous in Korea. I've always heard about them, but never really had the chance to purchase anything from them, except for today! Which I am really happy about actually.

I've also noticed that there are quite a few Korean cosmetics stores opening in Pacific Mall, which is pretty good for me, I don't really have to order these products online now and can just pick them up at the mall AND without having to wait for them or pay for shipping!

Sorry about the qualities of some of the pictures, I was trying to find the right lighting. ^^;;

I bought an oil control face powder called, FACE it, for $24.00 Canadian. From what I saw, it only comes in two shades and I bought the slightly darker one, NB 23. It states that it helps maintain control over sweat and sebum and is long-lasting. It also has SPF 25 PA++.

Bought two eyebrow pencils, a grey (no.03) for my mom and a grey-brown (no.02) for me. They're from The Face Shop's Lovely ME:EX line and they each cost only $4.50!! A reasonable price that I was really happy about, considering my other eyebrow pencil from Sephora costs way more. There is also an brush at the bottom the wax pencil.

I also bought two shimmering eyeshadow sticks, also from the Lovely ME:EX line. One in white (no.01) and pink (no.2), for $6.75 each.

Finally I bought from the Lovely ME:EX line, a pink peach (no.07) blush for $8.75. They come in quite a few colours and with such cute packaging. Love the cassette looking case for it.

I also got a sample box of cotton pads for free!

I ended up signing for a membership card for free at the store!

I really can't wait to try these out, most likely tomorrow when I have to go to work, LOL. I'll write a review on these as well. The prices for these products are pretty good, especially comparing them to a lot of North American and European brands. I tend to prefer Asian brands of makeup because of how affordable they are and how light-weight they feel when put on and especially the cute packaging they usually come in.

You can purchase these products online and if you live in Toronto, Pacific Mall is located at Steeles and Kennedy. You can most likely find them in Korean cosmetic stores around your area or in KTown.
