Review: Tony Moly Clean Dew Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream

I have been using this cleansing cream everyday for the past week to take off my makeup and I must say, I am very impressed!!

I was finishing up my Naruko Cleansing oil, and decided to get this one while I was shopping on cosmetic love for a pressed powder.

Here is the link to the product >>Click<<  it is $13.29 USD on cosmetic-love's site and I bought it without doing any research or reading any review. I admit, I bought it just because of the packaging!

Isn't the packaging adorable???  and it contains 200ml of product

This is how the cream looks like. It has small green beads inside (Vitamin E capsules).

The cleansing cream has a light scent, definitely not overpowering, I can't describe how it smells like but it reminds me of this face cream my mom buys for me in China when I was a kid and I really really like the scent! If I really have to describe it, I would say floral and green tea?

Here are the ingredients they claim to be in the product and their function:

Broccoli Sprout Extract -anti-oxidant, removes dead skin cells
Lavandula Angustiflora Extract – anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic
Camellia Sinensis – moisturises, UVB protection, softens skin
Green Tea – anti-oxidant
Garlic Bulb Extract – anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial
Blueberry Extract – anti-oxidant, protects skin from damage
Spinacia Oleracea Leaf Extract – rejuvenates skin, promotes healing

This product takes off makeup pretty well, however it you wear waterproof mascara or eyeliner, it is best to go over with a waterproof eye makeup remover.

So here is the test

I have MUFE's aqua eyes black liner and then Stila's liquid eyeliner, Revlon Matte lipstick in Pink About It, and my Tokidoki eye shadows and blush in peggy peach. I also have MAC's pro longwear foundation on my arm too, but it's a bit hard to see. I put Too faces eye shadow insurance on my arm for the eye shadow part.

With a little bit of the cleansing cream (a little goes a long way for this one) and rubbed it in for a little under a minute.

and here it is!! pretty clean!! I must admit stila's liquid eyeliner was hard to remove completely.. I had to rub a little harder... I would highly recommend to use a waterproof eye makeup remover for the delicate eye area!
I wiped it off with a paper towel... ewwwww

I really enjoy using this cream to take off my makeup, it leaves my skin soft and a little bit brighter . The scent  is really nice and refreshing.

I don't know if you can skip your facial cleanser after this, but I personally still wash my face after with a facial cleanser every time after taking my makeup off with cleansing oil/cream. I have oily/acne prone skin, and I heard before from this beauty show that I MUST wash your face after cleansing oil/ cream because it might cause acne.

Overall, I really enjoyed this product. I usually take off my eye make up using my trusty Clinique waterproof eye makeup remover and then dot this product over my face and massage it for a minute or so. I rise it off with warm water, and proceed to my normal Clarisonic+face wash method

My face feels squeaky clean after this routine and it doesn't have the tight dry feeling after washing my face.

I would definitely recommend this product to people!
