Review: Lioele Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream [Purple]

I got 2 samples of this BB cream from Cosmetic Love from my last purchase.  The only reason why I started using this was because my sample bucket was getting full and I was trying to use up all the samples I got.

Without reading up anything about this BB cream I took the little sample packet to use one morning and I was kind of surprised when I squeezed out the BB cream. Because it was not the normal beige/skin colour I was expecting. Instead, it was a pale almost white colour. A bit confused, I went and re-read the package, it says Blemish Balm, Vitamin care, Makeup Base. So I thought it was just a primer. However, after putting it on my face, my complexion brightened up instantly  and my fading acne marks were pretty much concealed. I could even get away with just setting powder and I'm good to go!

I was so impressed with this product that I used it the next day and the day after that. I actually got 5 uses out of the little sample pack. I decided to open up my last packet today and write a review about it.

The shade I got was #1 Gorgeous Purple  (they have 2 shades in total, gorgeous purple and natural green)

Before picture was my face with moistrizer only and you can see my large pores and some red acne marks.

After putting the BB base on, my pores appears to be smaller and my skin tone is more even. The finish is really natural looking. I usually follow up with my mineral powder if I want more coverage.

hmmm a little about my skin. I used to have really bad acne, I even used Retin-a micro and went through the whole peeling.. purging state. It was really really bad. My skin has become better now but it still gets crazy during summer time.

This product is good for me right now because my skin is usually good during winter times, so I don't really need to cover up too much stuff.

I think I will write a separate blog entry about my skin and what helped me

But overall I really liked this product and I am planning to purchase the full size!

Now I'm debating if I should buy the purple or green one.....  =S
